Exposure Watch SMS Alert Terms
Effective date: June 15, 2026
Company: Exposure Watch, Inc.
These SMS Alert Terms apply when you or your organization enable text-message alerts from Exposure Watch.
1. Consent
By entering a mobile number and enabling SMS alerts, you represent that you are the subscriber, customary user, or authorized business administrator for that number and consent to receive automated operational text alerts from Exposure Watch at that number.
Consent to receive SMS alerts is not required to purchase Exposure Watch. SMS alerts are optional and can be disabled.
2. Message purpose
Exposure Watch SMS alerts are operational alerts related to account access, facility exposure monitoring, alert status, notification settings, and Service operation. They are not emergency response, 911, evacuation, life-safety, clinical, or public-warning messages.
3. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on account settings, monitored facilities, hazard activity, and alert preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Opt out and help
Reply STOP to opt out where supported. Reply HELP for help where supported. You may also change alert settings in the Service or contact alerts@exposurewatch.co.
Opting out of SMS does not cancel your subscription, stop email alerts, or stop required service, billing, legal, or security communications.
5. Delivery not guaranteed
SMS delivery may be delayed, blocked, filtered, or undelivered because of carrier rules, device settings, outages, number changes, recipient opt-out, quiet hours, campaign registration, or other factors outside Exposure Watch's control. Do not rely on SMS as the sole channel for urgent or safety-related communications.
6. Customer responsibilities
If Customer adds recipients, Customer is responsible for obtaining and documenting any required consent, providing required notices, honoring opt-outs, keeping numbers accurate, and complying with telecommunications, privacy, employment, and messaging laws.
7. Changes
Exposure Watch may change or discontinue SMS alerts at any time, including to comply with carrier, legal, or provider requirements.
